His expertise encompasses regulatory liaison with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), General Medical Council (GMC) and HLRO, alongside hospital compliance auditing, clinical risk assessment, health and safety governance, practising privileges administration and the development of robust quality-assurance frameworks. Ryan also has extensive experience overseeing specialist clinical data submissions, including reporting to the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN) and the Breast and Cosmetic Implant Registry (BCIR).

She has particular expertise in the preparation, validation and submission of clinical information to the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN) and the Breast and Cosmetic Implant Registry (BCIR). Her work is underpinned by a detailed understanding of data accuracy, information governance, regulatory compliance and the importance of maintaining complete, auditable clinical records.
Eimaan also supports broader governance functions, including compliance monitoring, clinical audit, policy implementation, quality improvement and the development of effective reporting systems.
